haiz.. long time nv blog.. den now blog.. is another period of confusion or wadever shit... i got posted to TPJC..it's my 2nd choice after MJC.. and cuz i noe i cant get into NYJC.. i put it as third.. juz in case i wan to appeal.. at least the sch is in my list.. haha
ok.. TPJC.. when i heard of it last wed when there was a leak in the moe website, i was quite disappointed for dunno wad reason.. tpjc is juz fine and y i dun like it? cuz of the old sch? nt so old also wad.. but i think cuz of the name? like neighbourhood sch like tat.. ok nvm.. i heard tat the ppl there are friendly.. so.. attended my first day in tpjc.. errr.. the feeling of going into the jc was great.. until i reach the hall.. everythg seems to be unorganised.. there are 28 orientation grps which we called OG.. and the JC2 ppl on the stage keep asking us to go into our OG grps... when we dunno where to go at all.. den they say.. OG 1-13 at my right and 14-28 on my left.. k den we move.. but den they change.. OG 1-14 on my left and OG 15-28 on my right... den change direction again.. wth lor!
den ok nvm.. we go into the SIDES.. but.. 14 grps.. how do we noe where is my grp? den we wait wait wait and the JC2 ppl keep annoucing and the teachers shouting.. but they dint noe the problem for it.. no label for where shld the OGs go at all! ok.. den slowly.. i saw a small little piece of paper writing "OG 20" in pencil coming up.. den i moved there.. den.. followed by other OGs.. den everyone starts to settle down... ok tats gd
but den.. we wait wait wait wait till abt 9am.. den got the principal tok.. ahh some crap.. den the ang moh gp HOD tok.. damn slow and like he got nth else to say.. think very long den say.. den going thru the time table.. EH! plz lah! we hav the time tables with us! go thru for wad?! as if we cannot read like tat.. Zzzz.. complete waste of time..
den we go for our break.. ya.. one thg commentable is the food there... its nice.. but the sitting arrangements like in hawker centre like tat -.-"
ok la.. den after break.. we went back to the hall for some ice breaking games.. nth much.. always the same thg... den we went for a tour around the college.. omg.. i will really get lost man.. it's nt big.. but confusing.. the whole building structure is a triangle.. the same as their crest or logo or wadever.. and the building is nt very old compared to MI but nt very new compared to mayb MJC..
ok.. but the feeling i got for going tpjc.. is slack...i dun get the motivation force to study or wadsoever.. ok.. this is the reason i juz realised few mins ago when i am considering nyjc and trying to come out reasons why i prefer nyjc.. now i noe =)
and today i went nyjc to get a feel of it.. and actually wanted to submit the appeal form liao.. but.. *read below*.. ok.. when i saw the building.. i felt happy.. so new so nice and on the hill like tat.. so the high.. den walk in.. wow.. so new! and the feeling.. shiok.. saw nyjc ppl studying there.. giv me the feeling of really willing to study and i dun mind studying the whole day in tat sch.. and omg.. seems like my dream sch.. so big and nice and got lifts to the 5th floor! woo.. shiok.. and got TVs around to show the latest events or wadsoever.. and they say.. the annoucements and notes all will be on the website.. time tables also.. wah.. so high tech.. tats wad i want man! haha.. so attracted to it.. they says the uniform suxs.. but i prefer brown to the light green in tpjc.. dunno for wad reason.. in NYJC.. most ppl speak in english more often.. whereas tpjc.. saw more chinese background ppl.. haha..
the toilets in NYJC are nice.. new and clean.. but the prob is.. the one i go.. got 2 doors no lock -.-" spoilt.. haha.. but nvm.. and the ppl there? still got some ah beng like ppl making noise in lib.. i think there are frm some gd schs and so childish.. u noe y i say tat? cuz last time robotics.. i saw sec3 RI ppl playing with soft toys! throwing the toy around the room! with ppl watching.. they dun care.. den act as if they are so superior.. i hate them...k...den...
yup.. i want to appeal for NYJC after much thoughts and my fren says can take 2 H2 sci subject in arts stream.. so.. i think i can get into the arts stream.. at least try.. or mayb use my CCA.. but den.. when i went NYJC.. kc told me.. mrs khoo also told me.. H2 geog is nt easy.. and require strong language background or somethg like tat... but den.. this makes me think very long.. it's nt becuz i wan to come NYJC and so i choose geog.. it's cuz i already like geog since sec 1.. and den now i got an A1 for my comb human... this make me more confident to take geog in A lvl..
but den.. ppl say.. i did not take pure geog in sec.. it will be difficult for me.. my english is nt gd.. will also be difficult for me.. and my A1 in comb hum. may also be tyco one.. sianzzz
this make me think twice again...haiz.. y i nv take pure geog in sec?! cuz they dun offer! and also make me think.. y i nv take higher chinese?! minus 2 more points! cuz? cuz i nv do well for chinese in sec and they nv say got! nvm la.. blame myself too slack in sec 1 and 2.. =(
and also y i nv do better in prelims to get into a jc! can minus 2 more points also! wad sia.. Zzzz... all my fault.. sianz.. and y i nv study more and get better results for o lvl?! den can also hav more choices of jc!
ok.. tats nt the prob now.. the prob is.. shld i appeal for sci or arts? (say until as if i will get in).. but at least try lo.. if nv get in then will make me "si xin" or giv up lor.. giv up on nyjc... but if lucky get in.. den its better lor...i gonna use CCA.. but den.. MEDIA club.. dunno can or not.. i think most JCs prefer sports cca.. like very easily get in with sports leh.. but media club? i dunno leh.. i noe no one in NYJC to help me find out also.. no support.. no adviser.. Nothing.
but after whole day of thinking and considering and reconsidering.. i think i wont go for arts.. i'm scared to forgo chem for geog.. although university looks at grades rather than subjects.. but den.. i am nt sure! teachers and frens all says chem is very important.. so... my preferred combi of phy maths geog and econs will be totally useless.. haiz.. but i dun really hav much interest in chem.. i'm scared i cant do well.. how?! no one to advise.. but i totally agree with wad daniel said.. if i hav the interest for it.. i shld do well for it...
but everyone seems to say tat it is difficult.. wad makes me hav the guts to try? nvm.. i will just go for sci.. and hope i will get in to the very new environment.. but i hav little confidence in getting in there.. and also tot of having done so much for non-academic stuffs.. i shld now make use of wad i got.. am i right? dun waste my gold awards.. dun waste my colours award title..so.. juz the little confidence tat makes me go for it
I'm really thankful to Mr Beh who helped me so much and giv me the opportunity to join these competitions and won so many awards. It's actually him that helped us win, we students done nth much. His guidance lead us to success in those competitions.. haha.. ok.. also thank him for my colours award!! nv really thank him in real cuz i dun really noe how to express myself.. haha.. thanks.. and yup.. these are the awards i gonna use to chiong my way to nyjc!
if i get in NYJC..... then..... *ahya... get in liao den say*
