Was quite busy with my NS work. Currently working shifts and it is not surprising me to see me on weekdays. Also don't ask why when you see me in uniform on a Sunday.
Working shifts is okay for me but my body cycle is cocked up. Face became pale again and ulcers growing. Skipping meals while rushing for work or skipping meals as I'm sleeping in the afternoon.
FYI, I'm still a trainee! Getting dam low pay compared to those in the army. They are getting 500++ since march while i get 400 till now. Somemore have to work shift now, post me to Ang Mo Kio somemore. Transport fees + food can kill me liao.
It is not a rumor that Police are lowly paid. NS police are worse!
Well, I was exposed to some news on stomp recently and I've been reading up stomp these few days. Did a search on "Police" articles and I see many many posts.
Try it. Go to www.stomp.com.sg and do a search on 'Police'.
Posts ranging from complaining police accidents to police parking. Some complain about police parking at double yellow line, some complain that they park at no parking space and others complain that they park at parking lots. WTF is wrong with these people?
Got one post even ask why police car get towed away -.-"
Most common ones are complaining about why police park at yellow line, why police go into bus lane, why police can do this and others cannot. Can't they just use their brain?
The police is a job that no one wants to do anymore. Many regulars I worked with wants to quit. But government always give some bonus to make them sign on. Most of them hate their job. We have to face the public as thou they are the kings. While the public see us as superman. They think that we don't need to eat. They think that police cars can fly. They think that police brains are super computers. They think we can fix whatever that is spoilt.
The only few decent posts were about police took 1 hour to attend to scene and police involved in pursuit.
Some people took pictures of police cars while they were driving and complain. Lamers.
Okay, shall end my comments about these stupid people.
Update on myself.. I'm supposed to be under training for my NPCO course but got called out for ops doing a much more relaxed job as a policeman. Also as a cheap labour. haha.
This should end in july and then go back to academy for a 2 months course including driving. Can't wait to drive ahh!!!
